Hi, I'm Mattias Uhlegård. Software engineer by heart, currently working as Chief Enterprise Architect, with a focus on moving the needle on all things architecure, developer experience, and helping teams build better software.

I've spent most of my career closer to the problem than the spotlight, working with teams, untangling complex decisions, and trying to ship outcomes that actually matter. This site is where I think out loud about what I've learned, what didn't work, and what I'm still figuring out.

Some of what ends up here starts as a conversation. Some of it gets challenged, rewritten, or thrown out entirely before it lands. That's kind of the point.
